Hey, ya we're a fun bunch over here . Have you tried taking it back to the place you bought it from? When did you buy it? You can email or phone Asus, give the serial number of the board and find out what they can do for you : Asus rep on prophecy But from experience you will have to arrange to send it to asus HQ in JHB via courier to their offices, then if they find a fault you will have to pay shipping for the new board back to yourself. I recommend using Silrav, never used him, never had to yet, but many have and say good things....hope that helps.

hahaha my transformer mom gonna kick ur guys but ahhh isee, i bought it while back off gumtree, it does have warranty as far as i know, wil they replace it with just the serial??

i dont mind doing the shipping thing, i just want to get the board fixed, no pc = lame....
