Courtesy of a recent birthday and some fortuitous Carboniting, have now added the following:

a) ex Carbonite: 3 x Seagate Barracuda Green 2TB 5900rpm drives
b) ex birthday: 1 x Lian-Li EX-203 2-bay hot-swap USB3.0 enclosure
c) ex birthday: 1 x Plextor USB2.0-connect external BluRay player

I still need to do some drive juggling to move 2 x 1.5TB and 1 x 1TB drives out of one of the EX-303 enclosures and replace them with 3 x 2TB drives and then load the 2 x 1.5TB drives in the EX-203 with the 1 x 1TB drive to be used as a weekly system-drive backup hot-swap drive in the EX-203.

Eventual short-term storage config will be:

- Internal: 9TB (4 x 2TB & 1 x 1TB)
- External: 15TB (6 x 2TB & 2 x 1.5TB)

Time for a break until 3TB drive pricing drops back down to reasonable levels...

PS: Time to re-work signature again...

Adata 511 120gb sata 6 SSD. First ssd i have ever owned and loving every second. Not only for work, but games load so fast i cant even ready the tips when a stage is loading

Might've made a mistake there. There is a 4.6Ghz ES at 1.1v chip of Ivy Bridge, looks like some amazingly low voltage overclocks. Ergo a lot lower temps.
