    It is aluminium because the rad is alu. It's just an experriment and if it doens't work I'd have to get a nickel plated copper block. The Z is that the water is forced over the high amount of surface area and to prevent dead spots.

    This build looks incredible ...

    The time and thought that must have been put into this must have been crazy...

    Cant wait to see the end result

    This is actually motivational :P if only i had the time and the money :P

    It is aluminium because the rad is alu. It's just an experriment and if it doens't work I'd have to get a nickel plated copper block.
    Just watch you fittings. While I'm no chemist, I think the nickel may act like a cathode in your loop...

    Just don't mix alu with more noble metals, as long as its the only metal in the loop, it is fine.

    I haven't done as much as I, and all of you, hoped for. I have done and started two very important parts of the case though.

    I patented a mounting thing for the cheap radiator and started the hard drive mount. I also made small brackets for the one fan, but haven't cut vents yet.

    I have a short school holiday soon and you can be guaranteed on more progress then.
