Performance PC advice

Is it possible for him to build a pc, declare it at customs, and then go back with "the same" pc, with lets say some "exchanged" parts. hehe *Cough*

as for customs... it's not allowed to declare a pc and then change parts as the value and items differ. *cough*

^fishy,how do the customs people know the value of your pc?
also,exactly how hard is it to order from the america's (places like ppc)?

Well the last time I bought my Canon G9 camera from Taiwan for R2900 - invoice and all priced after exchange rate conversion - Customs wanted to keep my camera as they "deemed" it does not cost R2900 here in SA... I told them look at my invoice and the reason why I didn't buy the camera here in SA as it would have costed me 5k for the same camera here in SA than it costed me to bring one back.

They decided against keeping my camera in the end
