Well they're the leaders in efficiency at the moment and have the fastest single gpu card on the latest manufacturing node. So even being an nvidia fanboy myself I respect ati for that!
Ati/Amd is the awesomeness!!
Physx is over rated.

Appart from the irrelevence of this, I will wait for the Nvidia Kepler cards to release before deciding, it is difficult to compare the 7000 to year older 500 generation cards.
