    Western Digital RMA

    Our WD Elements media player's hard drive seems to be dying, the product is out of warranty with Kalahari but still has a few months with WD.

    Is there a local agent that deals with WD RMAs or do you need to go through the website?

    It's BS that retailers and suppliers don't support the full warranty of the manufacturer. I'd give them grief, then I'd contact WD so that they can assist and help give Kalahari more grief.

    You sure it's not just 1 year though? I know wdtv live is only 1year.
